We are constantly collecting up to date data and researching new topics relevant to volunteers and volunteer managers. If you have a suggestion, a new topic or perspective please contact our training team.
Information and Resources
The National Standards for Volunteer Involvement underpin all of our work. Our information and resources are updated regularly for all Australian peak bodies and volunteer-involving organisations including South Australia and Northern Territory. They provide good practice guidance and benchmarks to help organisations attract, manage and retain volunteers as well as helping to manage risk and safety. They also help to improve the volunteer experience.
Volunteering opportunities are always changing, so is our focus on ensuring our data, information and support is up to date, relevant and most importantly, free.
We seek to advance and encourage research into volunteering in South Australia and the Northern Territory to assist in the development of methodologies and understandings of volunteering processes and practices.
