These volunteer positions require flexibility in relation to the duties due to the nature of the Centre and the demands placed on volunteers daily. Therefore this position, although described as administration also requires some setting up of rooms for hirers as well as simple food preparation and cleaning.
The administrative duties include receipt and recording of mail.
Reception, greeting people and directing them to activities.
Answering phone calls, taking messages and providing general information.
Receipt of monies, recording and finalising of payments.
Taking Hall bookings enquiries. Setting up rooms for user groups.
Production of marketing material. Preparation of morning tea, general housekeeping / cleaning.
