Exercise Instructor

North East Community House Inc

Person required to undertake weekly chair based\low impact exercise program at local Community Centre. Participants are currently over 55 years but the program is open to all aged over 16 years.

Program has a long history within the Centre, has been in operation for over 10 years and current instructor needs to step down. Successful applicant must have qualifications in personal training/physical education/health.

This program has a real impact on the lives of it's participants, studies show how important it is to maintain health and wellbeing in the aged. You have the opportunity to make an impact and change someone's life for the better. Class is held Monday from 12pm until 1pm.

  • Working with Children Check *

* Qualification in Personal Training/Physical Education/Health
* Experience in conducting expercise program (one on one or group)
* Working With Children Check and or Vulnerable Persons Check

* Best practice volunteer involvement recommends that a volunteer role should not be more than 15-16 hours per week.
