Cafe Car Coordinator

National Railway Museum

Role description - Volunteer required for handling the Museum's Cafe Car bookings on weekends including instructing hirers in proper use of the carriage, cleaning the carriage afterwards, and reporting any damage. Cleaning includes wiping down tables and benches, sweeping and mopping floors.


Requirements: Person must be able to perform duties with a minimum of supervision. Self motivation and an interest in interacting with people and in cleaning the carriage afterwards.


Position is compliant for Centrelink commitment.


Declaration of existing medical conditions is requested.

The National Railway Museum requires a National Police Check, Working With Children Check and proof of vaccination or medical exemption from vaccination against COVID-19.
